Passionate about baking since I was little, and coming from a family of artists, I have been thriving in cake design and cake art for over 7 years now.
It all started when my husband gave me a sugar paste kit for Christmas… I then made my first personalized Hello Kitty birthday cake, for my big daughter Heaven.
I then passed my pastry CAP and quickly set up my company: Heaven Cake, the name is obvious…
I then carry out orders for themed cakes, and create a loyal clientele, in Nice, for all types of events: birthdays, baptisms, weddings…
After the birth of my second daughter Sky, I became interested in 3D cake and face cake at the same time, making myself known on Social Networks with entertaining and artistic cake videos, and great collaborations for major brands.
I then created a nice community (1.5M TikTok, 900K YouTube, etc.) and created tutorials and recipes to teach you my art.
In September 2023 my book Manga Cake is released, accessible to beginners and more advanced, with more than 32 recipes and tutorials inside, for sugar paste modeling to make as a family, and kawai 3D cakes for apprentice chefs!
